Nobody knows exactly how the collection formed. This is the account as best as it can be pieced together from field observation.
Three rats, one cardboard cart, zero permits. First logged cruising a suburban street after dark — Sid steering, Milo on watch, a third on lookout duty. Sid's the one with a hand raised toward the camera; the crew insists it's a wave. That sighting is where the record begins. Not a whitepaper. Not a pitch deck. A rat with an attitude problem and a vehicle he didn't build.
Kenji, who treats every branch like a dojo, and Yuki, his closest friend in the collection, who uses a live rhinoceros as a balance beam and doesn't find this remarkable. Chad, at the gym, thoroughly convinced his own reflection is a rival worth staring down. Combs and Vinny, who wear suits to work like it's unremarkable. And Gordon, logged three separate times in a single day — arriving with a wave, taking a nervous first-day selfie, and finally off-duty on a bench with his tie already loosened.
Two later intakes rounded out the file. Sal, a corner regular who's never once been seen paying for the coffee or the cigarette he's always holding. And Biscuit — recovered mid-flex for reasons nobody has located, in a physique nobody has explained.
Hoodie. Two firearms. Leaning on a wall like he's waiting on something. Nobody in the collection asks him questions. Nobody wants to. His file is currently missing a photo — more on that in the collection below.

Specimens 006 and 010 are still awaiting their photo; Specimen 009 (Gordon) has two of three sightings confirmed — see their profile pages for details.
